From January 2024 you will find CFF inside SportCity at the Baronie in Alphen aan den Rijn. This is a well known landmark in Alphen aan den Rijn for many years and located centrally in the city in an exciting area with multiple areas of urban development. Here I can again combine my physiotherapy and training in one location, which is ultimately what I prefer. Sportcity in Alphen is the biggest gym in the city and I suspect they are the biggest chain in the Netherlands after buying up Fit 4 Free. The gym is busy renovating and renewing all machines as well as the interior and it is really looking good. Because of the big amount of space there is always room to train, even in the busiest of hours. I will continue to do what I do best, where I do it best. I am looking forward to knowing all these great sporters and new colleagues at this location and I am truly excited!!!
